1. Product Description
The CustomGPT Prompt Writer is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to a
CustomGPT tool, hosted by OpenAI, designed to help improve your prompt quality inside ChatGPT.
The tool is installed via a link and works within your own ChatGPT account.
2. Requirements
To use this product, you must have:
- An active ChatGPT subscription (provided by OpenAI)
- A valid email address to receive your personal access link
We are not responsible for any changes made by OpenAI that may affect the use of custom GPTs.
3. Delivery and Access
After purchase, your CustomGPT access link will be delivered to the email address you provide. No
physical product will be shipped.
4. Updates
The product is delivered as-is. Due to the way OpenAI has integrated CustomGPT’s it is not possible
to upgrade or change the CustomGPT Prompt Writer after you have used your link. We will send you
a new link with and updated version if we feel there is a significant update that is worth your time.
This is no guarantee for update, it simply describes the process if and when relevant.
5. Refund Policy
In principle we have a no-refund policy due to the immediate and digital nature of this product.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and

6. Privacy and Data
We are fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- No personal data from your usage of the GPT is collected, viewed, or stored by us.
- All interactions with the GPT happen inside your own OpenAI account.
- Your name and email are used only to deliver the product and confirm your purchase.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property
The product concept, structure, and any associated documentation remain the intellectual property
of the creator. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the product as your own.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- How you use the GPT tool
- Any decisions you make based on its output
- Any downtime or technical issues related to OpenAI or ChatGPT
This product is provided "as-is," and we offer no guarantees beyond those stated above.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands], and any disputes will
be handled by the competent court in that jurisdiction.
10. Marketing Communications Consent
By providing your email address and completing your purchase, you agree to receive occasional
mails from us. These may include: Payment reminders, Product updates, Important announcements
We promise no spam, only essential and relevant information.
You always have the right to opt out. Every marketing email will include an easy-to-use unsubscribe
link. Once you unsubscribe, we will immediately stop sending marketing emails to you, as required
by GDPR (Article 21).
We only rely on your consent, which is: Freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Collected
